Hi Friends,
As we all know, performing a fantastic facial treatment is one thing but rescheduling the new client is something else altogether. Without rescheduling we'll never grow our business, yet some estheticians are much better at doing this than others. Even those among us that have been around a few years can still experience difficulty convincing seemingly satisfied customers to return regularly, if at all. Please share with your Preston Spa Forum colleagues the rescheduling methods that work best for you! Here's mine: When consulting with a new esthetics client I always say the following: "Most of my clients visit me on a routine monthly basis to see the best results from their skincare services. So, with your permission, I'll explain the type of treatments we'll do and how often I want to see you in order to achieve the skin improvements we discussed. Would that be okay with you?" The answer is always yes, and then after the appointment has concluded I write up which services I want to perform for the client and how often we should do them. We go over the plan together near the retail products. It almost never fails to produce a rescheduled appointment that sticks! -------------------- My best,
