This course lays the groundwork for a career in spa consulting, helping you clearly understand the experience and day-to-day life of consulting. We take an in-depth look at the typical client, challenges of spa operations, client evaluation, types of assignments and how to find and sell to prospects.

In the second program we introduce the tools and strategies you will use for creating a successful result for your client. You’ll learn not only the methods for assuring profitable spa management but also the skill to implement your programs into businesses whose challenges, personalities and cultures may significantly vary. This is where the true skill of the spa business consultant is measured—the proving ground for your effectiveness and your future professional potential.

Program III
Registrants must have completed Spa Consulting Career Training Program II
in order to register for Program III.

This is the workshop-intensive consultant’s laboratory that concentrates on employing the key business turnaround strategies introduced in the earlier programs. Using real management situations with actual spa owners, we will analyze, plan, and execute a course of corrective action designed to achieve specific business objectives.
